ok, so i think i may be addicted to ebay now...
i stumbled upon this useful site,
never before had i known its might,
i could buy shoes, handbags, and maybe some tights,
hell, i could even buy a laser sight.
paypal or money oreder,
or even a cheque
no hassles paying,
sent to my door and i get.
all this useless shit i buy,
has cluttered my house,
jeans, belts and a tie,
buy it now... a house for a mouse...
so im going offline now,
just for a little,
(ive got things on my watch list!)
maybe ill win the fluro pink kettle! :P
see! i have way too much spare time now!
if anyone has ideas on craft things i can do with a 2 year old feel free to post comments!
LOLZ
I have found that craft with my 2 year old just ends with me doing all the fiddly stuff while he scribbles on it, then drops it on the floor for my 6 month old to slobber on, so I often just 'colour' or 'draw' or let him go nuts with the old catalogues from the letterbox, while I supervise [armed with a coffee to drink], and a pair of safety scissors to practise his cutting out and pasting.
ReplyDeleteHe also, likes painting, but as he enjoys painting on himself more than the paper I provide him with, painting must be done in a nappy only [or with a full body smock]. I would certainly advise painting outside too. It seems you could staple newspaper to the floor to protect it, and somehow, paint will get there.!!
You could try making paper planes and showing her how to make them fly. While the older child runs around making zooming noises, it also provides entertainment for the younger one's who can't do it themselves, and get to watch :)
:) Love the poem, too. Very creative, well done :) :)
